This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile application Audio Status Maker ("Application"). The Application is used for creating audio statuses that can be shared to social media or saved to the user's phone. It supports both locally stored audio files and recording of audio from the user's device.
The Application does not collect, upload, or store any user-generated content, including recordings and videos. All content you create remains on your device and is shared only at your discretion via third-party platforms of your choosing.
While your content stays on-device, the Application uses third-party services that may automatically collect certain information, including the type of mobile device you use, your device's unique identification ID, your IP address, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use, and information about how you use the Application. Specifically, the Application uses:
Google AdMob — for serving advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to deliver and measure targeted advertising.
Google Firebase Analytics — for understanding how the Application is used, such as the frequency and duration of usage and which features are most popular.
Google Firebase Crashlytics — for collecting crash reports when the Application encounters an error. This may include device state, device identifiers, and diagnostic information to help us fix issues.
Google Firebase Performance Monitoring — for measuring app startup times, screen rendering, and network request performance to help us improve the user experience.

The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. Third-party services may collect non-precise location information (e.g. your approximate area) for analytics and advertising purposes.
The Application offers in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing. We do not directly handle or store payment information. All purchase transactions are managed by Google Play, and your payment details are subject to Google's payment privacy policy.
We do not directly collect or share your personal information. However, the third-party services integrated into the Application (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, and Google Play Billing) may collect and process data as described above. Beyond those services, information may only be disclosed: as required by law or to comply with legal process; when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others; or if the Application is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via your app store. You can also opt out of personalised advertising by adjusting your device's ad settings. On Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalisation. We do not directly store your data. Data collected by the third-party services listed above is retained according to Google's data retention policies. Automatically collected analytics data is retained for up to 24 months and may thereafter be stored in aggregate. If you would like to request deletion of any data associated with your use of the Application, please contact us at audiostatusmaker@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided information through the Application without their consent, they should contact us at audiostatusmaker@gmail.com. We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained through the Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security, no system can prevent all potential security breaches.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this policy periodically, as continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. "Processing" includes collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information.
